About the role
Technical Business Analyst Company: Experience: 35 Years MSBC Group is a technology-driven organization building AI-powered digital products and intelligent automation solutions for global clients. We focus on innovation, scalable systems, and data-driven decision-making to transform business operations. We are looking for a highly analytical and AI-driven Product Business Analyst who understands how AI solutions are built, trained, deployed, and optimized. This is not a traditional BA role. Understands AI/ML concepts Can work closely with Data Scientists & Engineers Can translate AI capabilities into business value Define AI product features, use cases, and business impact Gather and document requirements for AI/ML-based systems Work with AI/ML teams on data requirements, model workflows, and evaluation metrics Translate AI model outputs into business-friendly insights Define acceptance criteria for AI features (accuracy, performance, reliability) Participate in roadmap planning and sprint execution Monitor AI feature performance and suggest improvements 35 years experience as Product BA / Technical BA Hands-on exposure to AI-driven or data-centric productsStrong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (LLMs, NLP, automation, predictive analytics)Understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based systemsBasic SQL for data validationExperience working in Agile product environmentsEngineering / Computer Science background preferred AI-curious and data-driven mindset Comfortable discussing model accuracy & business KPIs Strong communication between technical and business teams Competitive compensation Performance incentives Exposure to cutting-edge AI projects Learning & upskilling in AI technologies Global project exposure Subject Line: Application AI-Driven BA (35 Years) Technical Business Analyst Company: Experience: 35 Years MSBC Group is a technology-driven organization building AI-powered digital products and intelligent automation solutions for global clients.
