Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or masters degree in any related discipline. - 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the data analytics domain. - Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling. - Strong skills in using analytical tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Python. - Ability to transform complex data sets into real-time dashboards for actionable insights. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to convey key initiatives to senior management. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships with cross-functional teams, and understand business dynamics. - Experience in delivering in-depth analysis on Purchase, Sales, Inventory planning, and Product level analysis.
