About the role
As a Product Manager at MSMEx, you will play a crucial role in driving the product strategy and direction to provide world-class business management support to Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Start-ups. Here is a detailed overview of your role and responsibilities: Role Overview: - Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. - Understand user needs, pain points, and behavior to guide product development. - Develop and drive the product direction, strategy, and roadmap. - Collect requirements from stakeholders to write PRDs and User Stories. - Define Acceptance Criteria and KPIs for each product feature. - Prepare Wireframes to communicate feature requirements to the UI/UX Team. - Manage and plan Sprints, Backlog, and UAT effectively. - Oversee product execution from inception to delivery. - Define and execute go-to-market plans/strategies in collaboration with the marketing team. - Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to prioritize tasks and achieve business goals. - Own product tracking and analytics to derive insights for product iteration. Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech or MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience. - Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Proven track record of building successful mobile products. - Experience in Agile Product Development Process. - Exceptional Written & Verbal Communication Skills. - Proficient in Cross-Functional Team Management. - A Team Player with an Entrepreneurial spirit. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and embrace change. Tools Familiarity: - Project Management: JIRA, Slack, etc. - Wireframing Tools: Framer, etc. - Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Analytics, Metabase, Tableau, etc. - MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. Joining MSMEx means working directly with cofounders & serial entrepreneurs, taking on challenges independently, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment, and experiencing rapid career growth. While the preferred location is Mumbai in the long run, for 2021, you have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
