Lead Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE)

Infomatics is partnered with a large defense contracting company that is hiring an experienced Lead Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) on an FTE/Direct hire basis in Fall River , MA . All applicants must be US Citizens and hold a current DoD SECRET clearance at time of resume submission. Essential Functions: TIER I/II Windows administration and maintenance Support building, maintenance, and configuration of e ngineering development environment . Cybersecurity control implementation and verification . Documentation of security controls and implementations . Maintenance of GFE inventory . Background & Experience Required: Must possess DoD SECRET Clearance B S Degree in relevant discipline & at least 9 years of experience in related field. Experience with NIST RMF Guidelines (NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, DISA STIG, etc.) to include interpretation and implementation of Security Controls . Experience in Windows administration . Experience in Windows shell scripting . Familiarization with SQL . Strong understanding of switches, routers, and VLANs . Manage virtual machines running with VMware ESXi . Manage and monitor backups with Veeam/Cohesity . Perform software installations on Windows workstations and Windows Servers Manage users and computers with Active Directory . Experience using Windows Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint , Visio) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Physical ability to lift approx. 50lbs and work in a server room environment Preferred Certifications, not required: Cisco Certified Network Professional or Associate (CCNP or CCNA) Microsoft Certified System Administrator or Expert (MCSA or MCSE) VMware Certified Professional or Associate (VCP or VCA) Red Hat Certified System Administrator, Engineer, or Architect (RHCSA, RHCE, or RHCA) Additional Information Full-time Benefits - Full Relocation Assistance Available - Possible for ideal candidate .
