About the role
Location: Hyderabad, India Level: Junior / Associate About the Role We are looking for a Junior/Associate Game Mathematician to join our iGaming team. In this role, you will design, develop, and validate mathematical models for slot games while working closely with senior mathematicians, game designers, and developers. You will be responsible for building game math models, running simulations, analyzing statistical results, and ensuring each game meets both gameplay and commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain mathematical models for slot games using Microsoft Excel. - Develop simulation programs (preferably in C#) to validate game performance and generate statistical reports. - Analyze simulation results including RTP, hit frequency, volatility, win distribution, and average payouts. - Work closely with the Head of Math / Lead Mathematician to develop game mechanics and mathematical models. - Support the design of various slot game types including Line Games, Ways Games, Cluster Games, and other game mechanics. - Collaborate with Game Designers, Developers, and QA teams to resolve gameplay and mathematical issues. - Continuously optimize game balance based on simulation results and project requirements. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. - 2+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year designing mathematics for slot games. - Experience working on multiple slot game types (Line Games, Ways Games, Cluster Games, etc.). - Solid mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for mathematical modeling. - Strong programming skills in C#, C++, Java, or C (C# preferred for simulation development). - Good understanding of RTP, volatility, hit frequency, win distribution, and slot game mechanics. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
