Graphic & UI Designer

As a UI & Graphic Designer working remotely from home, you will be an integral part of our creative team, showcasing your talent through visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Your primary responsibilities will encompass UI design, graphic design, prototyping, brand consistency, collaboration with various teams, creative concepting, and usability testing. Key Responsibilities: - Create user-centered designs by incorporating business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings. - Design graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for websites, mobile apps, and social media campaigns. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for websites and mobile applications. - Ensure design outputs align with the company's branding guidelines. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to implement designs and address user experience challenges. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts for digital projects. - Conduct user research and analyze feedback to enhance the overall user experience. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, etc. - Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision, Zeplin, etc. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design and graphic design. - Understanding of User-Centered Design principles with the ability to create wireframes and prototypes based on research. - Excellent eye for detail, visual hierarchy, and creativity. - Effective communication skills to articulate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centric approach.
