Job Title: UI & Graphic Designer (Work from Home) Salary : ₹4,00,000 - ₹6,00,000 per annum Experiance: 3 + Years Openings : 1 Work Schedule : Mid-shift (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST) Location : Remote / Work from Home Job Summary: We are looking for a talented UI & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. This is a remote role, and you will be working on a mid-shift schedule from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.

Key Responsibilities: UI Design : Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings. Graphic Design : Design graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for websites, mobile applications, and social media campaigns. Prototyping : Build wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for websites and mobile applications. Brand Consistency : Ensure that design outputs are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines. Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and the marketing team to implement designs and solve user experience challenges. Creative Concepting : Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative concepts for digital projects. Usability Testing : Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience : Minimum 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design. Technical Skills : Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, etc. Knowledge of prototyping tools (InVision, Zeplin, etc.). Portfolio : Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design and graphic design. Understanding of User-Centered Design : Ability to create wireframes and prototypes based on research and testing. Creativity & Aesthetic Sense : Excellent eye for detail and a strong sense of visual hierarchy. Communication Skills : Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centric mindset.
