Shift timings12-9:00 PM IST or 1-10:00 PM IST depending on daylight savings. 2-3 Days WFO on Hybrid mode Job ProfilePosition: SAS Viya Lead/Manager in Compliance Technology. The SAS Developer/Implementer supports multiple business lines through implementation and enhancement of SAS GRID, VIYA, and related technologies. Works closely with business analysts, developers, and modelers to understand requirements and create Functional Design Documents (FRDs), Detailed Design Documents (DRDs), Data Sourcing Documents (DSDs), and Unit Test Plans (UTPs). Supports development and testing environments for SAS solutions and advises on patches and upgrades. Roles and ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain non-production environments for SAS GRID and SAS VIYA.Extract, transform and load data using SAS Base code through various hops of SAS AML Platform, Alteryx, Dataiku.Create Functional and Detailed Design documents, Software Configuration Plans, and Unit Test Plans.Create Visual Analytics reports for data analysis and ad-hoc data analysis reports to support production issues.Write UNIX shell scripts to call SAS jobs from scheduling tools and to handle calls between SAS modules.Prepare and update technical documentation within the project team following prescribed Bank technical policy and procedures.Identify and elevate risks, issues and blockers.Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements, review designs, conduct testing, and demonstrate products.Proactively communicate compliance application changes to Operations & Technology and business stakeholders.Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of SAS Viya and/or SAS Grid Development & Administration Experience.8+ years of experience writing complex queries in Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server.5+ years of Base SAS, SAS Macros Programming.5+ years of Unix shell scripting.4+ years of ETL experience (preferably Informatica).3+ years of handson experience in Autosys Enterprise Scheduler.Familiarity with data architecture, data integration, data governance, and data lineage concepts.Good understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and relational databases.Experience in Agile environments and DevOps Methods. .
