About the role
Develop quick-to-market, high-quality IT solutions within an agile environment. Troubleshoot application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks. Monitor and control Pega applications to ensure stability and reliability. Oversee PEGA Integration processes to ensure seamless connectivity with other systems. Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Provide training and support to junior developers and team members. Coach and mentor team members to strengthen specific knowledge/skills within the team. Collaborate with the internal team and support/assist in timely completion of assigned tasks, ensuring effective technology usage for problem-solving. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, supporting MUFG Group assurance programs that deliver effective risk management and compliance practices. Assist with the development of new team standards, methodologies, and processes to increase both the quality and efficiency of the development work. Job Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in development, with at least 5 years in Pega. Must be CSSA certified, preferably in the latest version of Pega. Working experience in Pega V8 or higher versions. Extremely adaptable and quick to pick up new business concepts within a unique business environment. Ability to proactively solve problems and work independently. Flexible and can-do attitude, willing to be accountable for and own allocated tasks. Self-motivated with a strong team spirit and effective verbal communication skills. Strong work ethic and ability to show more initiative. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.
