Senior Developer

Develop quick-to-market, high-quality IT solutions within an agile environment. Participate in the development, testing, implementation, and documentation of solutions. Adhere to guardrails and ensure maximum application compliance scores. Independently implement and support advanced Pega features. Manage PEGA Release Management processes for smooth deployment of updates. Troubleshoot application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks. Monitor and control Pega applications to ensure stability and reliability. Oversee Pega Integration processes to ensure seamless connectivity with other systems. Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for IT Solutions. Provide training and support to junior developers and team members, coaching and mentoring them to strengthen specific knowledge/skills within the team. Collaborate with the internal team and assist in timely completion of assigned tasks, ensuring effective technology usage for problem-solving. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and support MUFG Group assurance programs that deliver effective risk management and compliance practices. Assist in developing new team standards, methodologies, and processes to increase quality and efficiency of development work. Job Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in development, with at least 5 years in Pega. CSSA certification, preferably in the latest version of Pega. Working experience in Pega V8 or higher versions. Extremely adaptable and quick to pick up new business concepts within a unique business environment. Ability to proactively solve problems and work independently. Flexible and can-do attitude, willing to be accountable for and own allocated tasks. Self-motivated with a strong team spirit and effective verbal communication skills. Strong work ethic and ability to show more or less initiative as needed.
