Purpose of the role As a core member of the Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) team in MUFG Seoul Branch, this role ensures stable and secure infrastructure operations while supporting the Head of Infrastructure and driving the execution and coordination of Regional and Head Office initiatives at the branch level, with a primary focus on managing and delivering infrastructure-related projects and initiatives across Head Office, Regional, and local levels.

Job Responsibilities: Drive the execution of infrastructure initiatives aligned with branch, Regional, and Head Office strategies

Coordinate with Regional and HQ teams to ensure effective implementation at the branch level

Contribute to system and platform improvements with practical and execution-focused approach

Manage and control IT budget execution and operational efficiency

Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities

Minimize financial impact from system and cyber security incidents

Provide technical leadership and day-to-day execution guidance within the team

Coach and support team members on complex infrastructure issues

Promote a culture of ownership and proactive execution

Ensure stable system operations and continuous improvement

Lead execution of incident response and problem management

Support project management and system implementation activities

Ensure cyber security and IT risk control implementation

Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements: Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience of managing infrastructure and project management

Bachelor's degree

Strong overall IT infrastructure knowledge with project execution and stakeholder coordination skills

Prefer candidates with broad infrastructure experience, strong technical depth, and experience working with Regional/HQ teams.
