About the role
Position Overview: We are looking for a highly Java Developer with a minimum of 6 months Key Responsibilities: - Technical Leadership: Take a lead role in software design, architecture, and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents and code comments. - Agile Development: Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their professional growth. - Technological Awareness: Stay updated on Java-related technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, incorporating new advancements into development processes. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). - Minimum of 6 months of professional experience in Java development. - Proficiency in Java, including knowledge of Java 8 or higher. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. - Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other Java-related technologies. - Database experience with SQL and knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS). - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle). - Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
