QA Automation Engineer - Job Specification Location: Mumbai / Pune Experience: 5-8 years About the Role We are hiring a QA Automation Engineer to design and execute automated tests for web highquality releases. Key Responsibilities - Develop automated tests using TestCafe or Selenium - Perform API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools - Create test plans, test cases, and regression suites - Work with developers to ensure testability and coverage - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to Definition of Done - Identify defects and ensure timely resolution Required Skills & Experience - Robust automation experience (TestCafe/Selenium) - API testing expertise - Agile testing practices Nice to Have - Performance testing - CI/CD pipeline integration - Azure DevOps exposure Mandatory Skills - TestCafe or Selenium - API testing (Postman, RestAssured) - Agile testing Nice to Have - Performance testing - CI/CD integration - Azure DevOps pipelines Red Flags - Only manual testing - Cannot explain locators, waits, or automation structure - Cannot explain API testing - Weak communication Screening Summary Work Location: In person .
