About the Role We are looking for an AI Technical Business Analyst Product Owner to lead the development of AI-powered Pharma Analytics and Competitive Intelligence platforms for enterprise clients across the US and Europe. You'll own the entire product lifecyclefrom strategy and roadmap planning to delivery, stakeholder management, and continuous product improvement. This is a high-impact, client-facing role offering hands-on exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, enterprise product management, and global pharmaceutical ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Ownership Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products. Define product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities. Gather business requirements and translate them into product specifications. Drive product-led growth initiatives. AI Product Development Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Developers. Build scalable GenAI and Agentic AI solutions. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements. Continuously improve products through iterative releases. Pharma Analytics Analyze and transform insights from: Clinical Trial Landscapes Pipeline & Competitor Intelligence Pricing & Reimbursement Trends Sales Force Effectiveness Commercial Analytics Client Engagement Manage relationships with global pharma clients. Conduct product demos and executive presentations. Support proposals, pilot projects, and enterprise implementations. Gather customer feedback and drive product enhancements. Delivery Excellence Lead Agile product execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams. Ensure timely delivery with high quality. Monitor KPIs and product performance. Reporting & Governance Build executive dashboards and reports. Ensure data governance and compliance. Track adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Education Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience 26 years in Product Management, Technical Business Analysis, or AI Product Delivery. Experience working with global pharma clients is highly preferred.
