Software Engineer - Microsoft Power Platform

Maintain and enhance existing Microsoft Power Platform applications and apps using Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio Develop and manage interfaces between Power Platform and SAP using the Microsoft SAP Connector Integrate Power Platform with other systems such as C4C, databases, and Atlassian core apps Manage and evolve the Power Platform Center of Excellence, including components, policies, and governance features Lead and support global user onboarding, training sessions, and bootcamps for citizen developers Support of citizen developers Create training materials, onboarding sheets, and documentation for internal enablement Provide global user support and ensure smooth operation of Power Platform solutions Apply project management and Scrum methodology to drive initiatives and improvements Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Power Platform solutions Required Skills Qualifications: Technical Attributes: Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, information technology or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in web development Deep understanding of Power Platform components: connectors, Dataverse, environments, policies and governance Proficient in Power Fx, Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML5, and PowerShell Solid knowledge of CSS, JSON, REST APIs, interfaces, OData protocols Strong familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem: SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Copilot, Graph API, and Entra Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and configuration Professional Attributes : Excellent presentation skills with the ability to inspire and engage your audiences Empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills Proven project management capabilities and ability to work independently Experience with Atlassian tools: Jira and Confluence Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Exposure to German language/culture is a plus. Experience in working with global stakeholders and ability to work with intercultural teams. Flexibility to work according to German time zones.
