Gender Preference Male Language Preference English / Hindi Education ITI /Diploma /Degree In Mechanical Qualification Must Have Skills Ability to work with own hands to Commission, Overhaul & Troubleshooting of Compressors Ability to travel up to 20 days per month Strong Communication skills in Hindi Customers rapport / Team co-ordination Verbal communication in Local language MS Office, Additional computer Skills, Should be organized and responsible Being Customer Oriented and handling customer calls professionally Confident, focused and Understand technical information Erects, commissions, repairs and carries out preventive maintenance of air compressors refrigeration at customer installations. Consults with supervisor or customer to plan layout of equipment. Perform on-site installation, validation and commissioning of air compressor refrigeration. Good to Have Skills Job Description Perform remedial repair activities at customer sites. Trouble-shooting, service and repair as per OEM recommendations. Submit spares recommendations for customer issues resolution as per the Spares Recommendations Procedure. Provide on-site training on basic maintenance tips to customers. Interface with cross-functional marketing teams like spares and equipment. Timely and professionally handle Service Calls arising from field service visits. Coordinate with Senior Service Engineer, Lead Engineer and Service Coordinator as appropriate. Timely complete and submit Field Service Report and other relevant documents.. Company Confidential.
