Body ASIC Senior Technical Program Manager – Tsavorite Scalable Intelligence Drive end-to-end execution of chiplet-based ASIC programs for AI compute solutions. Own schedules, cross-functional alignment, risk management, and delivery from architecture through tape-out and post-silicon enablement. Work across US and India teams; interface with firmware on hardware-software integration. Location: Bangalore, KA, India Qualifications 12-20+ years ASIC / SoC development (BE Electronics; Master's preferred) Proven track record managing end-to-end ASIC programs through tape-out Strong technical depth: digital design, verification, physical design, DFT, validation Chiplet architecture & multi-die integration experience preferred ARM-based SoC, heterogeneous compute (AI accelerators + application cores), scalable fabric design Project planning, scheduling, risk management, cross-functional leadership Clear communicator; thrives in distributed, fast-paced teams Key Responsibilities Own ASIC / SoC program execution: plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks Align Architecture, Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, Firmware, Validation teams Coordinate hardware-firmware co-design Track execution, identify risks, drive mitigation proactively Facilitate scope / trade-off decisions; manage schedule vs. performance vs. power Coordinate US / India teams; unblock cross-geography handoffs Support bring-up, silicon debug, validation; drive post-silicon execution Improve program processes and execution efficiency About Tsavorite Tsavorite builds next-generation AI compute systems for edge, on-prem, and data center.
