About the role
You will be working as an AI Automation & Digital Efficiency Specialist in a Gurgaon-based auto component manufacturing group within the Shivam Autotech / Munjal Showa Group with the responsibility of driving internal efficiency through AI automation. As part of the digital transformation agenda, you will directly collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address inefficiencies within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Process Automation & AI Workflows: - Identify and eliminate repetitive manual tasks such as data entry, reconciliation, report generation, and HR screening. - Develop automation pipelines using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate. - Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) for internal workflow automation. - SAP Data & Reporting: - Create dashboards and automated alerts to streamline SAP data accessibility. - Replace manual Excel reporting with live data pipelines. - Connect SAP outputs to platforms like Power BI, Looker Studio, or custom dashboards. - Custom App Development: - Construct lightweight internal tools such as approval trackers, vendor portals, and internal chatbots. - Utilize platforms like Bubble, Glide, Retool, or lightweight Python/FastAPI backends for development. - Training & Content: - Educate teams on AI tools and create SOPs and playbooks. - Generate content for LinkedIn, corporate decks, and company videos using AI tools. Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - 25 years of experience in automation, digital ops, or technology-adjacent roles. - Proficiency in tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, OpenAI, Claude APIs, Power BI, Python, Bubble, Retool, or Glide. - Strong prompt engineering skills for designing and optimizing prompts for LLMs. - Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. - Genuine curiosity and active experimentation with AI tools and models. Good to Have: - Familiarity with SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, HR) and experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain contexts. - Exposure to vector databases, RAG for internal knowledge tools, and AI-powered OCR and document processing tools. - Experience with AI-generated content creation and a background in startups or freelancing. You will be part of a greenfield mandate where you will define the roadmap without a bureaucratic playbook. Additionally, you will have direct access to leadership and work on real business problems with the opportunity to grow into the Head of Digital / AI at the group level.
