Data Science and Analytics Manage the data and analytics team Ownership of data science related decisions Usage of machine learning tools Focus on building intelligence Managing data engineering for MCSL Code heavy type of profile Tracking of data and progress Ownership of data from multiple entities Decide the frequency of tracking Evaluate the tools and tech to be used Manage budget proposals Decide on the various platforms to be used Manage IT Infrastructure cost like cloud space and support required Building a central data warehouse Automation of systems from manual sources Overviewing Bots with human intervention Complete automation of reporting systems Manage the data analytics platform Identify patterns and provide interventions on data Team management. Strategic leadership. Preferred candidate profile Master in Statistics / MBA (preferably with Engineering background) 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role . Strong expertise in SQL, Python, R , and experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Proven experience in big data technologies, machine learning models, and AI applications . Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI) and data visualization techniques . Strong understanding of statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and data mining techniques . Experience leading high-impact, cross-functional projects , with a proven track record of driving business results using data. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level. Background in financial services, technology, or a related industry is a plus
