SOC & NOC Analyst

Role & responsibilities Monitor alerts generated by SOC and NOC tools. Perform first-level analysis and ticket creation. Escalate incidents based on defined procedures. Monitor server, network, endpoint, and application health. Support vulnerability remediation follow-up. Maintain operational documentation and shift reports. Participate in 24x7 monitoring activities. Monitor and manage security and infrastructure alerts. Perform incident triage, investigation, and escalation. Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and security teams. Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation tracking. Monitor network, server, cloud, and endpoint security events. Prepare operational and security reports. Support audits and compliance activities. Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents. Preferred candidate profile: Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Windows & Linux Fundamentals Security Monitoring Concepts Endpoint Security Tools Network Monitoring Tools Incident Ticket Management Basic Cloud Concepts Cybersecurity Fundamentals SIEM Monitoring EDR/XDR Solutions Firewall & Network Security Windows/Linux Administration Active Directory & Identity Management Security Incident Investigation Network Monitoring Tools Ticketing Systems (ServiceNow, Jira, ManageEngine, etc.) Basic Cloud Security (AWS/OCI/Azure)
