About the role
We are seeking recent Computer Science graduates to join our Software Support Team (Location: Thrissur). This role is ideal for candidates looking to launch their careers in a client-facing technical environment. The position involves understanding our ERP software, addressing client queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing resolution support for our development team. Responsibilities: Act as a technical liaison between clients and the internal development team. Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot client-reported issues in our ERP software. Perform root cause analysis and deliver effective solutions within defined timelines. Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues. Document client interactions, reported issues, and solutions in a clear and organized manner. Communicate effectively with clients throughout the issue resolution process. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and efficient support.
