Scalable Systems Engineer (Hyderabad)

We are building next-generation AI-powered and autonomous business management solutions for organizations across the globe. We are looking for a passionate Software Development Engineer II (SDE-II) Django & DRF to develop scalable backend systems, APIs, and enterprise-grade business applications. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF). - Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance REST APIs. - Build and maintain ERP modules related to Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Payroll, CRM, and Compliance. - Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and product managers. - Optimize database queries, API performance, and application scalability. - Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, government portals, and external APIs. - Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices. - Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. - Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions. - Contribute to system architecture and product enhancements. Required Skills Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of Python programming. - Hands-on experience with Django Framework. - Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF). - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL. - Good understanding of ORM, query optimization, and database design. - Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2). - Experience with Git and version control systems. - Understanding of software design principles and best practices. Preferred Skills - Experience with Redis and Celery. - Experience with Docker and containerization. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Understanding of Microservices Architecture. - Experience in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise application development. - Knowledge of Accounting, Finance, GST, or Compliance systems is an advantage. Educational Qualification - B.Tech / B.E.
