About the role
Company:IT Services Organization Key Skills: Active Directory, Powershell, Windows Administration, Windows, Customer Support, Troubleshooting Roles and Responsibilities: Administer and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments (including 2008 R2, 2012 R2, and later versions). Manage Active Directory objects and policies including OUs, users, groups, and Group Policy (GPO). Configure and administer Active Directory trusts, forest/child domain relationships, and Active Directory Sites & Services. Administer core services including DNS, DHCP, and LDAP, and ensure correct permissions and directory health. Perform IIS administration and support for IIS-hosted enterprise web applications, including automation and troubleshooting. Skills Required: 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, and IIS administration Windows Server Administration and Windows infrastructure management Active Directory administration including GPO, OUs, users, groups, and AD permissions PowerShell scripting for automating administrative tasks and operational workflows IIS Administration, Windows Server patching, and vulnerability remediation Good to Have Microsoft Exchange Server administration and Exchange Online / Office 365 support Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) exposure Server security & hardening, ITIL process knowledge, and data center operations experience Incident & problem management and customer support experience Education: Relevant IT degree or equivalent practical experience .
