Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field. Minimum 15 years of professional experience in bridge design, inspection, and maintenance. Experience in conducting training Experience in survey planning, coordination, and monitoring of network-level bridge data collection programs. Familiarity with modern data collection technologies and latest industry practices in the bridge engineering domain. Strong knowledge of bridge inventory and condition data collection, data management, and bridge health assessment methodologies.
