Role: Senior Data Analyst Marketing (Off-roll) Employment type: Third Party Department: Marketing Location: Mumbai Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Data Analyst to drive marketing and digital decision-making through data, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled insights. The role will be responsible for KPI reporting, marketing analytics, NPS analysis, web journey analysis, and executive dashboards. The role will also drive automation by creating Agentic AI workflows that streamline reporting, generate insights, automate routine tasks, and improve business productivity. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and present insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Data cleaning, preparation and validation Build Power BI and Excel dashboards KPI reporting and executive scorecards Marketing analytics and campaign measurement Website journey, funnel and conversion analysis NPS and customer experience analytics Reporting automation and self-service analytics Data quality and governance Agentic AI workflow creation & implementation Executive presentations Required Skills Power BI Excel with Macros Adobe Analytics Data storytelling and executive communication Dashboard design AI/Copilot/GPT workflow exposure Basic Data Science (Regression, Clustering, Cohort Analysis, etc) Good to have Working knowledge of Python Core Competencies Business Acumen, Stakeholder Management, Executive Presence, Storytelling with Data, Problem Solving, Ownership, Collaboration and Innovation. .
