Product Analyst

MyGate is hiring for the role of Product Analyst! Responsibilities of the Candidate: Analyze product usage data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to support product strategy and feature development. Define and track product metrics, KPIs, and success benchmarks . Conduct deep-dive analysis to diagnose product performance issues. Build dashboards and reports to monitor product health. Identify user pain points and recommend product improvements. Support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks . Translate data insights into clear product recommendations . Assist product teams in prioritizing features based on data insights. Requirements: 1+ year of experience in Product Analytics / Business Analytics / Data Analytics. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking ability . Excellent product sense and product thinking . Ability to break down complex problems into structured analysis. Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis . Experience working with product metrics and user behavior data . Ability to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making . Experience with Excel / Google Sheets for analysis .
