JD: Production Executive Job Overview: The Production Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring daily production activities as per schedule. The role involves coordinating with various departments (QC, Stores, Dispatch, etc.), managing manpower, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely completion of production targets with adherence to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Execute the production plan as per schedule. • Create and manage production orders in SAP. • Collect batch cards from the QC department and maintain proper batch records. • Issue raw materials and packing materials after batch completion. • Coordinate with the QC team for any production or batch-related issues. • Manage and allocate manpower to ensure timely order completion. • Organize overtime production as needed to meet targets. • Check raw material availability as per production plan and coordinate for requirements. • Handle reprocessing of returnable, slow-moving, or expired materials with QC and stores. • Oversee refilling, labeling, and packing of products as per sales orders. • Train workers on batch processing, labeling, packing, safety, and shop floor discipline. • Plan and deploy manpower across shifts. • Coordinate with supporting departments to achieve production targets. • Ensure proper handover of finished goods from production to dispatch. • Verify logbooks and ensure production completion as per schedule. JD: Maintenance Executive Education: ITI or bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Operations: Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime and reduce downtime in batching and cement industries. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules, and budgets to optimize equipment performance and minimize costs. Team Management: Lead and train maintenance teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly, minimizing disruptions to production. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain equipment performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Skills: Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and tools. Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing maintenance teams. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Safety: Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) or CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) certification. Industry Experience: Experience working in cement or batching industries, with knowledge of specific equipment and processes. Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintenance management software, such as SAP or CMMS . Required Basic Competencies: Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly. Leadership: Strong leadership skills to drive performance and efficiency. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project Management: Ability to manage projects and execute improvement initiatives. Safety and Environmental Compliance: Knowledge of safety and environmental standards within a heavy industrial setting. JD: Warehouse / Logistics Responsibilities: Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates. Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries. Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service. Organize warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments. Respond to any issues or complaints. Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers. Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations. Evaluate budgets and expenditures. Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements. Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements. Co-ordination with 3PL Service Providers, Freight Cost Optimization, and MIS Reporting Vendor Audits and Regional dispatch monitoring Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field. In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry. Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software. Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Job Title: EHS Executive Purpose of the Job: To manage, implement and continuous improvement of environment, Health and Safety across the facility during execution Job Description: • Create, revise, update, and conduct annual reviews all written safety programs, policies and procedures to ensure compliance and continued effectiveness and relevance. • Serve as an Environment, Health and Safety subject matter expert for the entire facility. This includes providing leadership and technical support on Environment, Health and Safety programs. • Integrate Environment, Health and Safety processes, procedures, and practices into daily operations. • Lead or participate in Health, Safety, and Environmental incident investigations, as required. • Drive functional expertise for the site EHS programs within the ESH Team and coordinate technical support from other ESH Team functional experts as necessary. • Conduct regular safety and health audits/inspections to identify and assess safety and health risks associated with equipment, processes, procedures, materials and activities. Ensure appropriate multi-disciplinary participation and is responsible for overseeing and participating in resolution of identified issues or risks. • Provide classroom and on-site Safety and Health training, including contractor safety, new employee orientation, and required refresher training for all employees. • Participate in the development and implementation of the EHS management system and lead implementation efforts of specific elements. • Participate on the site confined space rescue team. • Maintaining the ISO 45001:2018 standard requirements. Accountabilities Educational Requirements EHS Qualified. B.Sc/Diploma (Mech Engg) & Diploma – Industrial Safety from recognised by the government certified body.
