Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

As a Senior Software Engineer, youll be at the forefront of healthcare technology. Youll be responsible for developing and optimizing our suite of applications, ensuring they meet ISO-9000 standards and our rigorous quality benchmarks. Youll also play a key role in integrating and maximizing the use of AI tools like ChatGPT across the organization. Key Responsibilities AI-Driven Development: Integrate AI tools to automate and optimize various software development and data analysis aspects. Quality First: Ensure all software solutions are ISO-9000 compliant and adhere to our test-driven development practices. Code Reviews: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers. Agile Excellence: Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software rapidly. Technical Communication: Translate technical complexities into simple terms for stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on healthcare being a plus. Product Development Experience: Must have experience in developing and supporting software products. Candidates with experience only in outsourced project work will not be considered. Mastery in .Net Core, Python, Swift, Kotlin, and our entire tech stack. Proficient in AWS ECS, ActiveMQ, AWS KMS, MySQL, Memcached, and ELK. Agile and ISO-9000 experience is a must. Strong commitment to quality standards and secure coding practices.
