Architect - Construction

As a Senior Architect at MyScaai Bharat Construction Pvt. Ltd., you will be leading the architectural design, coordination, and execution for premium residential, commercial, and large-scale construction projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading architectural design from concept to execution - Preparing, reviewing, and approving GFC, working & detailed construction drawings - Coordinating with structural, MEP consultants, project managers, vendors, and contractors - Conducting regular site visits to ensure design accuracy and execution quality - Handling client presentations, approvals, and design revisions - Reviewing BOQs, specifications, and vendor/shop drawings - Ensuring compliance with local building by-laws, safety norms, and NBC standards - Managing design timelines and ensuring on-time project delivery - Mentoring and guiding junior architects and design team - Ensuring cost control and value engineering wherever required You should possess a B.Arch / M.Arch with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in residential, commercial & large-scale projects. Experience in Middle East / Dubai projects is an added advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred.
