As an experienced professional with 7+ years of hands-on development experience in any language (C# / Java / Scala / Kotlin, Go, C++) and a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science / engineering or similar, you will be responsible for providing leadership to a small team of developers. Your role will involve working with global teams in a matrix reporting environment, utilizing agile methodologies to cope with rapid front-office business needs and changing priorities. You should have strong interpersonal skills to communicate and act professionally with IT staff and business clients under strict deadlines.
