What You'll Do Build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot Design and develop REST APIs for clinical workflows Work with MySQL databases - write optimized queries, design schemas Contribute to Spring-based web pages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript with JSP) Write clean, testable code with proper documentation Debug production issues and optimize system performance Collaborate in Agile sprints with product and QA teams Follow secure coding practices for healthcare data (HIPAA-level compliance) Requirements 3-5 years of professional Java development experience Strong Spring Boot expertise (not just basics - you should know internals) MySQL/SQL proficiency - can write complex joins, optimize queries, design schemas REST API design - understand HTTP methods, status codes, API versioning Git, unit testing (JUnit), Agile/Scrum experience Problem-solving mindset - can debug complex issues independently B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent Preferred (Big Plus): Spring MVC/JSP experience (for web page development) Healthcare, FinTech, or regulated industry background Hibernate/JPA ORM experience Production support experience (L2/L3 level) Noida-based or NCR .
