Roles and Responsibilities Manage design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs. Lead a team of engineers and architects to deliver innovative solutions for industrial construction projects. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for new initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (structural engineering preferred). Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil. Strong understanding of AutoCAD software; proficiency in billing engineering, civil construction, civil engineering, civil project management, construction design, construction management, site operations.
