Job Title: Qlik Developer (Jr. Level) Location: Gurgaon In Office Role: Permanent Role Overview We are seeking a skilled mid to senior-level Qlik Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience in building end-to-end BI solutions. The ideal candidate will be capable of designing dashboards from scratch, owning complete BI delivery, and managing client interactions independently. This role requires strong expertise in Qlik Sense along with solid Python and SQL skills to support automation, data processing, and backend analytics workflows. What Youll Do Design, develop, and deploy Qlik Sense dashboards from scratch • Translate business requirements into KPIs, data models, and impactful visual dashboards • Build, optimize, and maintain Qlik data models for performance and scalability • Own end-to-end BI delivery, from requirement gathering to final deployment • Act as the primary point of contact for clients for dashboard requirements and queries • Handle client discussions, enhancements, feedback, and issue resolution independently • Develop Python scripts for automation, data ingestion, and transformation workflows • Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of dashboards • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless BI and analytics solutions What You Bring to the Table 2–3 years of strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense / QlikView • Proven experience building dashboards end-to-end from scratch • Advanced SQL expertise, including joins, CTEs, and performance optimization • Strong Python skills for automation and data processing • Demonstrated client-facing experience with independent requirement handling • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment Good to Have Experience working with APIs and ETL pipelines • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • Understanding of business KPIs and analytics use cases Ideal Candidate Can independently own and deliver BI projects • Comfortable managing clients without hand-holding • Strong balance of technical expertise and business understanding • Thrives in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented work environment If you are passionate about building impactful BI dashboards and transforming data into actionable insights, we encourage you to apply.
