About the role
As a candidate for the Technical & Functional Skills role, you will be expected to have the following qualifications and skills: Role Overview: You should have strong hands-on experience in Saviynt Development, with a preference for EIC. Additionally, a solid understanding of IAM concepts such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and JoinerMoverLeaver (JML) lifecycle is essential. Proficiency in SQL is mandatory for this role, including queries, troubleshooting, and reporting. Knowledge of Java is considered a plus, along with experience working with APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON, and integrations. Familiarity with Directory Services like Active Directory and Azure AD is also required. Key Responsibilities: - Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks, including SOX and ISO 27001 - Expertise in Identity Lifecycle Management and experience with Access Certifications, Access Reviews, and Governance processes - Ability to translate compliance requirements into technical IAM solutions Qualification Required: - Effective problem-solving and analytical mindset - Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills - Capability to work under pressure and manage high-severity production incidents - Ownership-driven and proactive approach Additional Company Details: At the L3 Level, you will be responsible for owning and managing production IAM environments. You will act as the escalation point for complex technical and functional issues, driving continuous improvements, platform optimization, and architecture decisions. Identifying root causes and reducing recurring incidents through automation and process fixes will be part of your role. Furthermore, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to best practices are also expected from you.
