Workday Function - Talent Management

As a Workday Talent and Performance Management consultant at NAB India, your role will involve configuring and optimizing the Talent and Performance module within the Workday platform. You will provide support to stakeholders across various Workday modules, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing user experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Resolving Service NAB tickets related to Workday Talent and Performance, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives, with proper documentation, prioritization, and timely resolution. - Gathering, transforming, mapping, and cleansing employee/config data, monitoring mass data loads using tools like EIB to ensure data accuracy, error handling, and post-load validation and support. - Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Talent & Performance, providing training to talent management team members, managers, and stakeholders on effective use of the recruiting module. - Implementing testing efforts within P&C Systems to ensure smooth user acceptance testing (UAT) and Integrated testing. - Staying updated with Workday updates, releases, and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities. - Mentoring and guiding junior colleagues in configuration and testing processes.
