Role Overview We are looking for a curious and analytical Data Analyst who enjoys solving real-world problems using data. You will work closely with our Political Intelligence, Survey, and War Room teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from surveys, voter databases, campaign activities, and field reports.Analyze constituency, booth-level, and survey data to identify trends and actionable insights.Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.Create automated reports and analytical models using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and Python.Perform statistical analysis to measure campaign performance and public opinion trends.Identify data inconsistencies and maintain high-quality datasets.Support the Political Intelligence and War Room teams with daily reports and performance dashboards.Visualize complex data using charts, graphs, and dashboards for leadership presentations.Work with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency through data-driven recommendations.Continuously learn and explore new analytical techniques and tools.
