Senior Manager (Technical Lead .NET)

As a Senior Manager (Technical Lead), your primary duties and responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the CTO in project estimation, providing technical inputs for solution design and delivery, conducting risk assessment and mitigation planning, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance, contributing to technical manpower planning and recruitment, and driving the implementation of the organization's IT roadmap. - Overseeing and managing the execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to requirements, and alignment with organizational goals while effectively coordinating cross-functional teams and resources. - Being hands-on and capable of building high-quality, clean, secure, and maintainable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes. - Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior resources, ensuring adherence to best coding practices, software architecture principles, and project delivery standards. - Maintaining good quality technical documentation. - Identifying security threats, formulating strategies, and methods to mitigate the threats. - Working closely with the infrastructure teams (OS, network, and security) for the resolution of any issues. Qualifications required: - Graduate in engineering or any relevant IT-related qualification Experience required: - Minimum 6 years of experience in full stack .NET development Other criteria: - Maximum age limit is 40 years, as on the date of application. - Candidates with hands-on experience in the following areas are strongly preferred: - HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript - Object-Oriented Programming using C# - .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET Standard (The latter two are preferred) - Experience working with Dependency Injection and Interfaces - ASP.NET web development frameworks (MVC or Blazor Family) - SQL, Dapper / Entity framework - Databases (SQL Server) - IIS web server, Version control (Git) - Visual Studio IDE - Good to have experience working on Test-driven development, Docker, Azure, and web hosting. - Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
