About the role
Mivan/Aluform Management: Oversee the entire Mivan cycle, including erection, striking, cleaning, and repairing of aluminum formwork for walls, slabs, and columns. Site Execution & Planning: Manage daily site activities, labor allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely, highquality, fast-track construction. Structural Supervision: Supervise reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, plaster, hand overing to client. Quality & Safety Control: Ensure strict adherence to GFC (Good For Construction) drawings, tolerances, quality checks (QC), and safety compliance. Technical Coordination: Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues or drawing conflicts. Also required conventional shuttering experince
