Key Responsibilities: - Writing and reviewing high-quality code - Understanding functional requirements and analyzing client needs - Envisioning solutions for defined requirements and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks - Implementing design methodologies and tool sets - Coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities for application development - Leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts - Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and effort estimation - Addressing issues promptly and responding positively to challenges - Giving constructive feedback to team members and setting clear expectations - Troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs - Providing solutions during code/design reviews - Conducting POCs to ensure suggested design/technologies meet requirements Qualifications Required: - 13-15 years of experience - Strong technical background with expertise in node.js, unit testing, web application & APIs development, event-driven architecture, etc. - Understanding of web servers, storage, and integrations - Experience in designing and building server-side solutions - Knowledge of CI/CD processes, multi-tasking, and security protocols - Familiarity with Azure pipeline - Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming and software engineering practices - Understanding of design patterns and agile development cycle - Effective communication skills and ability to collect requirements - Experience in mentoring team members and maintaining high delivery standards Join Nagarro and be part of a global team working on cutting-edge projects and pushing the boundaries of digital innovation!
