Job Summary We are looking for a skilled ETL Support Engineer with handson experience in ETL operations, SQL, Python/PySpark scripting, and production support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring ETL jobs, managing incidents and service requests, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth business operations. This role requires excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills along with a willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational support environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure seamless data integration. Execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. Develop and maintain Python/PySpark scripts for automation and operational support. Monitor scheduled batch jobs and resolve job failures within defined SLAs. Handle production incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution with minimal business impact. Coordinate with Development and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Monitor support tickets, provide regular customer updates, and ensure timely closure. Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive actions for recurring issues. Maintain operational documentation and adhere to support processes and best practices. Required Skills Strong experience in ETL Operations/Production Support. Handson experience with SQL. Good knowledge of Python and/or PySpark scripting. Experience in job scheduling and batch job monitoring. Production support, incident management, and service request handling. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Experience working with crossfunctional Development and Infrastructure teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience in 24x7 production support environments. Knowledge of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms. Exposure to cloud platforms or enterprise data platforms is an added advantage. Work Location Pune, Maharashtra Shift Mandatory 24x7 rotational shifts. Interview Process FacetoFace interview in Pune. Candidates must be available to attend the interview in person.
