About the role
As a Digital Product Engineering company scaling in a big way, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core and modern front-end technologies with a focus on hands-on coding. Your role will involve working on end-to-end feature development, from requirement analysis to deployment, building scalable and secure backend services, and RESTful APIs following clean architecture and best practices. You will also need to have a strong knowledge of OOPs, Data Structures, and Algorithms. Your responsibilities will include: - Writing and reviewing high-quality code - Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing client needs - Envisioning the overall solution for defined requirements and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks - Implementing design methodologies and tool sets - Coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities for application development - Leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts - Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for modules/tasks - Addressing issues promptly and responding positively to challenges - Providing constructive feedback to team members - Troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs - Coming up with solutions during code/design reviews Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field - Total experience of 8+ years - Experience with development using .NET Core .NET 10, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and C# - Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular 19 - Experience with databases such as SQL, Oracle, Postgresql - Hands-on experience with elastic search - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps practices - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Cloud platform - Ability to work closely with product owners, architects, and QA engineers - Strong communication and collaboration skills for global team interactions Join Nagarro and be a part of our dynamic and non-hierarchical work culture where your expertise will contribute to building inspiring and delightful products, services, and experiences across various digital mediums.
