Data Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources to support business decisions. Additionally, you will prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel and other analytical tools. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, patterns, and insights, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems will also be part of your role. You will generate regular MIS reports, present findings to stakeholders, assist in business analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements. Maintaining documentation of data processes and reporting standards and working independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines will also be key responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field). - 02 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Reporting, or a similar role. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions. - Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is an advantage. - Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. - Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely. - Freshers with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
