We have an exciting opportunity for the position of SAP SuccessFactors with EC & Payroll for Bangalore/Hyderabad Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors with EC & Payroll Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Experience: 5-9 Years of Relevant Experience in ands-on experience working with Taiwan Payroll and a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll processes. Job Description: - Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions. - Work on payroll schema configuration, payroll rules, wage types, payroll processing, and post-payroll activities. - Handle end-to-end payroll operations and ensure accurate payroll processing. - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective payroll solutions. - Ensure compliance with Taiwan statutory payroll regulations and localization requirements. - Manage integrations between Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, Perks, and third-party systems. - Perform payroll testing, issue resolution, defect fixing, audits, and production support. - Analyze payroll processes and drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Support data flow validation and integration troubleshooting across SAP SuccessFactors modules. Required Skills: - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) - Working experience with Taiwan Payroll is mandatory - Strong knowledge of payroll configuration, schemas, rules, and wage types - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in payroll support and compliance. - Ability to work closely with HR and business teams in a global environment.
