Hardware Reliability Engineer (Marunji)

/span> - Provide applications engineering support to multiple program -integrated product teams (IPTs.) - Lead investigation of root cause for repetitive damage and failure rates. - Participate in annual and long -term reliability and capital planning. - Provide technical support to supervisors and craftsmen as needed. - Support the creation and delivery of operational objectives, facilities services, programs, and contracts for applicable facilities. - Develop and execute root cause failure analysis and corrective and preventive actions. - Own the budget development, financial variance analysis, and operations analysis. - Partner with support teams on recent initiatives, site retrofits, etc. - Monitor, measure, and improve the performance and state -awareness of systems. - Manage performance metrics to ensure that programs are being adequately executed. - Promote continuous improvement in employee engagement and satisfaction, through the utilization and monitoring of IMPACT survey. - Work frequently with product teams on shared goals and cross -team projects. - Interface with partners and customer counterparts will be required per contract requirements. - Responsible for end -to -end product quality and reliability with a focus on data collection and analysis. - Develop standards and procedures as business and customer needs evolve. - Capacity planning and demand forecasting to meet systems demand, identifying performance bottlenecks and devising tuning improvements. - Comfortable with legal terms and structures for standard commercial contracts. - Identify and drive improvements in infrastructure and system reliability, performance, monitoring, and overall stability of the platform. - Assist in the disposition of nonconforming material and the implementation of corrective action. - Develop and present RAM assessments and lessons learned as required. - Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a life cycle asset management process for components, equipment, and processes at all facilities. - Identify, manage, and direct impactful projects from conceptualization to results. - Establish trust and maintain open, positive relationships with the team, customers, and vendors. .
