Landscape Architect

Role Overview: You are sought after to be a skilled Landscape Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, particularly adept in using Revit to aid in the design and execution of landscape projects encompassing residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Your primary responsibilities will include creating design documentation, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch landscape solutions throughout all project stages. Key Responsibilities: - Develop landscape designs at different stages such as concept, schematic, and detailed design using Revit - Prepare 3D models, construction drawings, planting layouts, grading plans, and details - Coordinate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and MEP teams - Generate BOQs, technical specifications, and presentation drawings - Implement sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices - Ensure compliance of drawings with local regulations, codes, and client specifications - Engage in design reviews and client presentations - Assist in site coordination and address queries during the execution phase - Maintain well-organized Revit models and adhere to drawing standards Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in landscape design - Proficiency in Revit is essential - Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite - Strong understanding of hardscape & softscape design, planting design, material selection, levels, grading, and drainage concepts - Ability to interpret architectural and civil drawings - Effective communication and coordination skills - Attention to detail and commitment to design quality Additional Details: N/A Role Overview: You are sought after to be a skilled Landscape Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, particularly adept in using Revit to aid in the design and execution of landscape projects encompassing residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
