Role Overview: You will be working as a UI/UX Designer at Sereno, a company that focuses on AI and aims to transform how organizations utilize their data effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive interfaces and user journeys. You will be responsible for tasks such as creating wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity visual designs, building interactive prototypes, and refining user flows based on feedback and usability insights. Additionally, you will contribute to design systems, ensure consistency across products, and advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the design process. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate product requirements into intuitive interfaces and user journeys - Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs - Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather feedback - Refine user flows based on feedback and usability insights - Contribute to design systems and ensure consistency across products - Advocate for user-centered design principles at every stage - Collaborate closely with front-end development to ensure designs are feasible, accessible, and accurately implemented Qualifications: - Solid user experience design (UED) skills, including user flows, information architecture, and interaction design - Proficiency in producing detailed mockups and high-quality visual design assets aligned with brand and product goals - Experience in building interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather feedback - Familiarity with front-end development concepts and workflows to collaborate effectively with engineering teams - Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar) - Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities on a contract basis - Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to diverse stakeholders - Experience designing data-heavy or AI-driven products is a plus; a portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX work is required Role Overview: You will be working as a UI/UX Designer at Sereno, a company that focuses on AI and aims to transform how organizations utilize their data effectively.
