About the role
Role & responsibilities Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for residential projects and high rise buildings. Manage site execution, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of civil projects. Oversee construction management activities on real estate construction sites. Ensure timely completion of mivan shuttering works and finishing touches at the site. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues related to building construction. Preferred candidate profile West Pune
