Position: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer Employment Type: Contract / Freelance Experience Required: 3+ Years Location: Remote (IST Working Hours) Open Positions: 2 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer who has hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer journeys within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Build and execute personalized campaigns and automated customer experiences. Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Configure audience segmentation, personalization, and journey orchestration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end customer engagement solutions. Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize journey performance for better customer experiences. Required Skills (Mandatory) Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Strong understanding of Customer Journey Orchestration Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Knowledge of REST APIs and data integration concepts Experience in audience segmentation and personalization Ability to troubleshoot and optimize customer journeys Note: Applications that do not demonstrate hands-on experience in the mandatory skills listed above will not be considered. Preferred Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
