Chief Engineering Manager MEP & Utilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of MEP systems for hospital infrastructure projects. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure quality and safety standards. Manage and maintain existing MEP systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of MEP systems. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Job Requirements Minimum 10-15 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in hospital infrastructure. Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire fighting, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems. Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
