In this role, you will champion the technical roadmap, architect forward-thinking storefront solutions, and drive engineering excellence across highly collaborative squads. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Technical DeliveryHeadless Innovation: Architect and design cutting-edge Composable / Headless Commerce solutions utilizing Salesforce PWA Kit and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). Modern Frontend Execution: Define, implement, and optimize Server-Side Rendering (SSR), hydration, and advanced web rendering strategies. Performance Engineering: Own frontend performance optimization, web vitals (CWV), and continuous performance auditing across applications. Global Scaling: Design and scale highly sustainable Multi-Brand and Multi-Region architectures to support diverse business footprints. Content & Platform Ecosystem: Configure and lead content-driven architectures, preferably integrated with Amplience or similar enterprise CMS platforms. Technical Leadership & Stakeholder AlignmentStrategic Engineering: Drive long-term technical roadmaps, align technology with organizational objectives, and confidently make sound technical decisions under high ambiguity. Cross-Team Influence: Act as a critical technical bridge, influencing engineering decisions across multiple cross-functional teams, Product managers, and UX/UI Design teams. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain seamless communication, managing high-level stakeholder alignment and translating complex technical visions into actionable business milestones. Agile Execution & MentorshipEngineering Enablement: Cultivate a culture of high performance by mentoring senior engineers, unblocking technical issues, and establishing engineering best practices. Agile Delivery: Partner with Agile delivery leads to champion robust DevOps paradigms, robust continuous integration (CI/CD), and swift frontend platform delivery. Root Cause Analysis: Lead complex problem-solving initiatives and deep-dive root cause analyses to tackle unpredictable production bottlenecks. Observability: Oversee production stability by embedding modern observability, monitoring suites, and robust production support workflows.
